The Wiltshire Agricultural Preservation Group

Preserving the past, for the future.
The Wiltshire Agricultural Preservation Group, set up in 1974 has around 200 members with the common interest of agricultural technology. Monthly meetings are arranged for the membership which includes talks, films and site visits.
In addition the group organises an annual road run, ploughing match and the Wiltshire Steam and Vintage Rally.


£ 53,000 in charitable donations.
The group has no paid executors or members and gives donations to various charities. To date the group has donated
£ 53,000 over the last 12 years, our primary charities include the Wiltshire Bobby Van Appeal, Help For Heroes and the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Trust.

What a great weekend, thanks to visitors, exhibitors and all helpers who made this years show possible.
The show will be held at Rainscombe park in 2018, dates will be released soon.

2017 Annual Road Run
and Crank Up.

The 2017 annual road run and crank up held on the 14th of May started from Huish, the route over the Marlborough downs through Clatford, Manton, The Kennets back to Huish.

The group gave in excess of £ 5000 in donations in 2016.
